Overview
Before you start browsing the pages of this blog, you should know that the key to staying healthy in college is going to be making a concentrated effort.
It’s going to be hard. There will be yummy-looking junk food all around you. Pizza, nachos, mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers, wings, chips, candy, pop, fries, burgers, alcohol. And not only will it be right in front of you, but your friends will more than likely be eating it at some time, and offering it to you!
It’s your responsibility to eat healthy. No one is going to tell you to eat your vegetables, and no one is going to cook you a well-balanced, home-made meal. You’re going to have to make your own decision to stay healthy!
But most importantly, it’s college! Have fun, have a treat once in a while, and don’t beat yourself up if you slip! (:
