Q:this is such a good idea ;) The first day of college my RA had told us that the freshman 15 was a myth, at least at our school. It's just too hilly and watching to class everyday counteracts against the eating. Boy oh boy was that wrong! instead I gained about 30 pounds before I got home for winter break. I immediately starting eating wiser and actually visited our state of the art gym. so far, i've lost close to 45lbs over the last 4 months!
