&lt;p&gt;Join the Back-To-School Challenge to find a support group that will push you and keep you on track.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There will be &lt;strong&gt;weekly and daily challenges centered around being healthy and positive&lt;/strong&gt;! There will not be provided workouts or meal plans but there is a requirement of getting &lt;strong&gt;some kind of exercise 5 days a week&lt;/strong&gt;! You get points for exercise and doing challenges.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I realize everyone goes back to school at different times but this challenge will run for 30 days. I would like to start sometime this week or early next week so sign up today!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;While still in peel, lightly roll banana on counter top to soften it up. Cut one end of banana off and carefully squeeze contents into a plastic sandwich bag. Cut up 4 strawberries, removing leaves, and place in bag. Close bag and squish contents until contents are mixed to your liking. Cut corner off of bag and squeeze into a freezer-safe container (I like to use a rinsed out small Chobani yogurt cup). Cover with saran wrap and a rubber band. Put in freezer and wait for contents to firm. Enjoy.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I got this recipe from Chocolate Covered Katie who posts only vegan desserts and I absolutely LOVE IT, even though I&amp;#8217;m not vegan. It&amp;#8217;s so easy and quick to make, perfect for college! And it can easily be gluten free, too!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Makes: &lt;/strong&gt;a pretty big single serving dessert.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nutrition info: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Calories: 205 with oil (140 without)&lt;br/&gt;Fat: 12g with oil (2g without)&lt;br/&gt;Carbs: 30g&lt;br/&gt;Fiber: 6.5g&lt;br/&gt;Protein: 5.5g &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tablespoon plus 2 tsp cocoa powder&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 tablespoons spelt flour (or white, or even peanut flour)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/8 tsp salt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 tsp sugar (or evaporated cane juice)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/4 tsp baking powder&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 stevia packet (or 1 tablespoon more sugar)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2-3 tsp coconut oil or vegetable oil (Edit: many commenters have said it still tastes good if you sub applesauce or mashed banana. But I can’t personally vouch for the results if you make that substitution.)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 tablespoons milk of choice (I used almond milk)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Directions:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Combine dry ingredients and mix very, &lt;em&gt;very&lt;/em&gt; well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add liquid, stir, then transfer to a little dish, ramekin, or even a coffee mug.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Microwave 30-40 seconds. If you don’t want to eat it straight out of the dish, be sure to spray your dish first (and then wait for it to cool before trying to remove it). &lt;/li&gt;
